💡 No surprise billing. ZamSkools is prepaid — you top up in advance and the system warns you at 80% of any limit. Nothing is ever deleted: if a plan lapses, your school becomes read-only for 14 days after the term starts and is restored the moment you pay.

📱 Paying school fees by mobile money? A K2.90 service fee is added to the parent's payment and shown in full before they confirm — "School fees: K2,000.00 / Service fee: K2.90 / Total: K2,002.90". Nothing is deducted from the school: the school receives the full fee amount.
