Before you begin A few things to have ready

  • Sign in to your school portal — the wizard opens automatically the first time an administrator logs in.
  • Your school logo and the headteacher's signature (image files).
  • Contact details — email, phone, and address (province & district).
  • You can Skip any step and resume later from Settings → Setup — nothing is lost.

School Identity & Branding

Tell ZamSkools who your school is — this drives your logo, colours and every report card.

  • School name & mottothe name that appears across the app and on documents
  • Logo & brand coloursPNG or JPG up to 5 MB, plus a primary and secondary colour
  • Contact detailsschool email, phone, website and curriculum type
  • Locationphysical address, province and district
  • Headteachername and signature — these print on report cards
  • Report settingsfooter text, and whether the logo shows on every document
Tip: Everything here can be changed later under Settings → School Profile — nothing is permanent.

After Complete Setup you land on your dashboard, fully configured. Everything you entered stays editable, so nothing here is a one-way door.

Add your peopleEnrol pupils and staff, then assign teachers to subjects and classes.
Change anything laterEvery step lives on under Settings — profile, levels, subjects, grading and more.
Skipped a step?Resume it any time from Settings → Setup. Partial progress is always saved.
